UX Designer
Developed a variety of custom, high-fidelity web and mobile prototypes for RPS clientele, creating a more dynamic approach to their retirement plan experience.
Through the UserTesting.com platform, developed, conducted, and analyzed a number of live/recorded user testing sessions for a variety of RPS material, both B2B and B2C related. These items included emails, video presentations, printed paraphernalia, and microsites.
Conducted and analyzed numerous user tests for the internal RPS T. Rowe Price team Confidence Builders. The Confidence Builders team delivers deeply researched, personalized, and highly targeted communications based on individual investors behaviors.
Designed a streamlined personal experience for newly
auto-enrolled T. Rowe Price participants, called Driving Digital, working alongside the Linthicum editorial and digital development teams. 
Our efforts eliminated 70% of print cost, while simplifying the enrollment process.
Graphic Designer
Designed newly branded material for current and potential T. Rowe Price RPS clientele, based on content supplied by the RPS editorial team.
Proposed and designed a variety of RPS custom client video presentations which helped to inform our participants on the variety of benefits within their retirement plans.
Developed and implemented a team-wide RPS custom client branding template to be used as a branding cross-reference tool. Additionally, created an intranet site location where all branding templates could be accessed by all RPS team members.

2017
In spring of 2017, worked on a student design team for the University implementing multiple video and digital presentations. The practicum course was part of a requirement for the M.F.A Integrated Design program at the University of Baltimore.

Prepared a variety of templated marketing pieces for the
RPS division of T. Rowe Price.
Implemented the re-branding of numerous RPS custom client pieces, including the 2012 T. Rowe Price company re-brand.

POD Coordinator/Graphic Designer—
The Maryland Pennysaver
2000–2007
Implemented the weekly printing of the POD
insert advertisements.
Designed weekly display ads that would be implemented
into the Pennysaver weekly publications.
